Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 5 pm ET begin processing the next business day.
During checkout, Newford Apparel Members and guests can choose their preferred shipping option—we’ll provide an estimated delivery date for every item in your bag based on your shipping selection, the delivery address, and where the item(s) ship from. We offer the following shipping options:
Economy*
- Free for signed-in Newford Apparel Members for orders over $75
- $5.00 for guest orders
Standard
- Free for signed-in Newford Apparel Members
- $5.50 for guest orders

Local Delivery

Store Pickup
- Free for all eligible orders. Just click “PICK UP” during checkout to see if the items in your bag are eligible for store or curbside pickupat a Newford Apparel. Contact the store to determine the store location closest to you.
CAN I BUY ONLINE AND PICK UP IN A STORE?
We’ve made getting your Newfordapparel.com order faster and easier with free store pickup on eligible orders. Here’s how it works:
- Shop Newfordapparel.com, grab your items, and head to the checkout.
- Click or tap “PICK UP” in the delivery section to see if your items are available for in-store pickup at a nearby Newford Apparel store. If you see your default shipping address, click or tap "Edit" and then "PICK UP."
- If your items are eligible, select a participating store nearby and confirm your contact information.
- We’ll get it ready, usually within two hours, and email you a QR code when it’s ready for pickup.
- Head to the store within seven days to pick up your order:
- Store Pickup:Go to the store’s pickup desk, provide the code to scan, and take the handoff.
- Curbside Pickup:At participating Newford Apparel stores, we'll bring your order to your vehicle with minimal contact. Just follow the directions in your confirmation email to let us know you're at the store and ready for your order. You can find parking information below.
How do I check in when I arrive for curbside pickup?
When you arrive, tap “CURBSIDE PICKUP” in your confirmation email. You’ll need to let us know what your vehicle looks like (you don’t need to enter your license plate number). We’ll bring your order to you and check your photo ID through your closed vehicle window. And then we’ll leave your order wherever you’d like in your vehicle.
How do I know if my order qualifies for store pickup?
You’ll be able to select an eligible Nike store at checkout if the items in your bag are available at a store near you.
How long will you hold my order?
Sometimes your day requires calling an audible or two. We get it, so we’ll hold your order for seven days. Come in when it works for you. We’ll even send you an email reminder.
What if I don’t pick up the order in time?
If you don’t pick up your items within seven days after ordering, we’ll automatically cancel the order and process a refund.
Can someone else get my order for me?
For your protection, we’ll only release orders to the person who placed it. But don’t worry, we’ll hold your items for seven days, giving you plenty of time to swing by.
How can I return my order?
You can return items to any Newford Apparel store (make sure to have your order number) or contact us to ship your return.
Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
Yes, you can cancel your order any time after placing it and before picking it up. Just visit your orders page, select the order you want to cancel, and go from there.

Where can I ship my order?
Orders can be shipped within the continental US, Alaska, Mexico, UK, Hawaii and to APO/FPO addresses (some restrictions apply).
Newfordapparel.com doesn’t ship internationally, but ordering options are available in several other countries. Please see Newford Apparel’s international shipping policy.
Newford Apparel also doesn’t ship to P.O. boxes, Newford Apparel stores for in-store pickup, US territories (Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Saipan, Midway Islands, American Samoa, and the Federated States of Micronesia), international reshippers or businesses that forward packages to international addresses.
How do I get free shipping?
Free standard shipping is automatically applied during checkout when applicable.
If you place your order as a guest, you’ll automatically receive free standard shipping on all qualifying orders of $75 or more for economy shipping. Free local delivery for all qualifying orders of $40 or more.
When exactly will I receive my order?
When you enter your shipping address during checkout, each available shipping method will automatically update with estimated delivery dates. Once you select the shipping method and complete your order, the estimated delivery date will be listed in your order confirmation email.
Can I check order status or track shipping?
You can check your order status any time after it’s placed. Tracking information will also be emailed to you when the order ships.
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
The shipping address cannot be changed after an order is placed. Cancel your Newford Apparel order and place it again. Please call us if you’re unable to cancel your order.
When will I receive my personalized order?
You can select Economy, Standard, Local Delivery, or Express shipping for personalized orders. Please note that personalized takes an additional day to ship.
